We ship to the United States and Canada.

Every order is made to order. It's prepared in 5–9 business days, then delivered in 3–5 business days — about 8–14 business days in total. During holidays or promotions this can take up to 7 extra days, and we'll email you if there's a significant delay.

Standard shipping is $12, and it's free on orders of $75 or more.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Orders shipped between the United States and Canada may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total.

You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Read the full refund policy.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Active Eye Cream and Age Defying Serum are retinol-free. The Creme Concealer Stick contains retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative, so it isn't retinol-free.

Only the Age Defying Serum contains caffeine. Active Eye Cream is caffeine-free.

Every skin is different, so we always recommend a patch test before first use. Active Eye Cream is retinol-free and made without parabens or talc, and the full ingredient list of every product is on its product page. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor first.

1. Active Eye Cream: pat a small amount around the eye contour with your ring finger, morning or night.
2. Age Defying Serum: press 2–3 drops into face and neck, avoiding the eye area, then follow with moisturizer, and SPF by day.
3. Creme Concealer Stick: your final step in the morning, after moisturizer, SPF and foundation.

A 15 mL jar of Active Eye Cream lasts around two months with daily use. A small amount is enough for both eyes.
