Due to the nature of our products, we want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns work:

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

OPENED/USED PRODUCTS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

HOW TO START A RETURN
